Terms of Service

These terms apply to everyone who uses printready3d.com. By creating an account, generating a model or buying credits, you agree to them.

Who we are

PrintReady3D is an independently operated online service that makes AI-assisted tools for 3D printing. "We", "us" and "PrintReady3D" mean the operator of printready3d.com. PrintReady3D is operated by its founder as a sole trader, not as a company.

Four mailboxes are monitored, and a person reads all of them:

What the service is

PrintReady3D has two parts:

PrintReady3D is a software-as-a-service product delivered over the internet. Everything we sell is digital: we do not print, manufacture or ship physical objects. When a payment is confirmed, the credits or plan you bought are added to your account immediately and you can use them straight away.

AI models we use

PrintReady3D is built on third-party AI models and services. These are the models and providers we use today:

The model providers receive the prompt, images and settings a step needs, and process them. That processing may take place outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Payments are handled by our merchant of record (Creem or Waffo Pancake, as shown at checkout), files are stored on Cloudflare R2, and transactional email is sent through Resend. See the privacy policy for what each of them receives.

When we switch to another model or provider, we update this list before the change goes live. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Google, Tripo, Tencent, Meshy, Hitem3D, Meta, OpenAI, fal.ai, OpenRouter, Bambu Lab, Prusa Research, Etsy or any other company named on this site; their names and trademarks belong to them and are used only to describe compatibility or the technology we use.

What comes out is AI-generated. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unoriginal or unsuitable for your purpose, and a generated model may need repair, scaling or supports before it prints well. Review every model before you print or sell it. We may change, add or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where that is possible.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at support@printready3d.com as soon as you notice unauthorized use or any other security problem.

You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account. If you are under 18, you need the permission of a parent or guardian, and only an adult may buy credits or a plan.

Plans, credits and billing

The free tier grants a one-time starting balance of credits and needs no card.

How payment is taken

Payments are processed by our payment providers — Creem or Waffo Pancake, depending on the checkout you used — each a PCI-DSS certified payment processor acting as the merchant of record for the purchases it processes. Your card details go to them and are never stored on our servers; we receive the order result and the payment record they return, never your card details. Prices are shown before checkout, and any applicable taxes are added at checkout.

Recurring charges

By starting a subscription you expressly authorise our payment provider (Creem or Waffo Pancake, whichever processed your subscription) to charge your payment method the subscription price at the start of each billing period — monthly or yearly, whichever you chose — automatically and without further action from you, until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing (open your account menu and choose Billing), without contacting us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your plan and your remaining credits until the end of the period you already paid for. If you would rather we cancelled it for you, email support@printready3d.com and we will.

Credits granted by a subscription period expire when that period ends. We may change prices for future billing periods; an existing subscriber is told at least 30 days before the new price applies and can cancel before it does.

Refunds

Two different things can come back to you, and they follow different rules: money (a purchase you made) and credits (the balance a purchase granted).

Credit packs

A credit pack is a one-time purchase. You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided none of the credits have been used. "Used" means spent on a generation, a concept image edit, a part split or any other credit-priced action. Once a credit from a pack has been spent, the pack is no longer refundable — we cannot un-generate a model. Credits that were returned to your balance automatically after a failed generation do not count as used.

Subscriptions

Credits already consumed are not refundable

Each generation costs us money the moment it runs. Once a model has been produced and delivered, those credits are spent. The exceptions are the cases where you never got what you paid for, and they are automatic rather than something you have to ask for:

Statutory rights

If consumer law where you live gives you a right of withdrawal — for example the 14-day right in the EU and the UK — nothing in this section limits it. By using credits before that period ends you ask us to start delivering the digital service immediately and acknowledge that the withdrawal right may then no longer apply to the part you have already used.

How to request a refund

Email support@printready3d.com from the address on your account. Include the order number (it is on the Settings → Payments page) and a sentence about what happened. We reply within two business days and, where a refund is due, issue it through the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer typically takes a further 5–10 business days to show it.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank. A chargeback freezes the account while the payment provider investigates, which usually takes longer than simply asking us for the refund.

Content rules and moderation

Every text prompt is checked against our blocked-terms list and by an automated content-safety check before anything is generated, every uploaded image is checked before it is used, and every concept image is checked before you see it. The full rules and how the checks work are in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You may not create, or attempt to create, content in any of these categories: pornography or other NSFW content; violence or gore; hate speech; child-unsafe content (CSAM) — any sexualised depiction of a minor, which we report to the relevant authorities; deepfakes or impersonation of real people, including using a real person's likeness for harassment, false endorsement or sexual or degrading depictions; and content infringing copyright or trademarks. Functional firearms and firearm parts are never allowed. You agree not to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, use automated scripts to generate in bulk, create multiple accounts to collect free credits, or interfere with the service. We may reject requests, remove models, and close accounts that break these rules.

To report content that breaks these rules — including a model that uses your likeness or your work without permission — use the Report this model link on the model's page, or email support@printready3d.com (copyright and trademark claims: dmca@printready3d.com). A person reviews every report and we reply within two business days.

Your models

You own the models you generate, subject to these terms and to any third-party rights in what you asked for.

Intellectual property

The site, the software behind it, the PrintReady3D name and brand, and the content we publish are ours, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that to you.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; to have your account and data deleted, email privacy@printready3d.com and we will complete it within 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, unoriginal or unsuitable for your purpose, and we do not warrant that any model will print successfully or be fit for a particular use. Printed objects are not tested by us; do not rely on a generated model where failure could cause injury or damage.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the service.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing in them limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are reflected in the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, announced through the service or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. A change never applies retroactively to a purchase you already made.
